Haji Muhammad Rafiq began his career in 1982 by joining his Dubai-based family business, established by his forefathers over a century ago in British India. From trading and construction to hospitality and retail, the group has grown through disciplined execution, long-term partnerships, and a commitment to quality that spans generations.

Haji Muhammad Rafiq Pardesi, Chairman

Haji Muhammad Rafiq Pardesi, a Pakistani business tycoon, started his career by stepping into his family business in 1982 in UAE. His vision to establish diversified and innovative businesses led his family to enter into real estate market as well across UAE, Pakistan and Africa.

After launching globally acclaimed real estate development projects in UAE through a series of joint ventures with reputable real estate developers, thereby bringing the international groups to Pakistan with a dream of providing a better living to the people and contribute towards the prosperity of the nation. Haji Muhammad Rafiq accepted a new challenge and founded HMR Group in 2015 under his exclusive captaincy.

Additionally, Haji Rafiq is also known for his philanthropy; providing free of cost education to underprivileged children in schools, universities and Madrassas through Barkati Foundation. In 2016, Haji Rafiq was awarded the "Who is Who Professional Award" (Pakistan Chapter) in the category of Luxury Real Estate Development and holds the honour to become the first-ever civilian honorary member of The Alamgirians Association - Military College Jhelum Pakistan for his valuable social contribution and received a Gold Medal by the Nazaria-e-Pakistan Council in the year 2017.

Muhammad Hamza Rafiq Pardesi

Vice Chairman

A seasoned industrialist with leadership across real estate, construction, and textile manufacturing in Pakistan, the UAE, and East Africa. Over two decades he has built and managed diversified ventures—from high-rise developments to fully integrated textile operations—with strategic foresight and operational discipline.

He joined Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan as Director in 2004, later expanding into UAE construction before leading the Group’s textile operations in Tanzania. Today he continues to strengthen HMR’s regional footprint through marketing excellence, entrepreneurial vision, and a commitment to quality across every market the Group serves.

Muhammad Hasnain Rafiq Pardesi

Group CEO

As Group CEO, Muhammad Hasnain Rafiq Pardesi leads HMR Group across real estate, construction, and textile manufacturing. A Business Management graduate from the University of Derby, UK, he built his career in Dubai before strengthening operations in Tanzania and delivering landmark developments across the region.

He now steers HMR Waterfront — an 18-tower, 33-acre waterfront destination in Karachi — with the same focus on master planning, disciplined execution, and long-term value that defines the Group’s portfolio.

Muhammad Hassaan Rafiq Pardesi

Director

A Business Administration graduate from the American University in Dubai, Muhammad Hassaan Rafiq Pardesi shapes HMR Group’s strategic direction and operational growth. He began by managing a 10-tower residential development in Ajman and has since served as Director across the Group’s real estate and commercial ventures.

He has strengthened Goldcrest Mall and Residency in Lahore, led the launch of FuNation in Lahore with expansion into Karachi, and now contributes to the strategic planning and execution of HMR Waterfront — driving sustainable growth across real estate and diversified commercial platforms.

Director

Muhammad Hammad Rafiq Pardesi oversees the Group’s Middle East operations — spanning real estate development, bullion trade, and strategic partnerships across the UAE. A Business Management graduate from the University of Westminster, London, he leads marketing and promotion of major projects aligned with the Group’s standards of quality.

He engages closely with clients, investors, and stakeholders while directing international investments across the Middle East and global markets — strengthening the Group’s visibility, strategic alliances, and long-term expansion objectives.
